Office, Technical/Paraprofessional, Crafts & Trades and Service employees are covered under the ND Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) plan. Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ College contributes 9.26% of the employee's eligible salary to a defined contribution retirement plan. Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ employee has the option to contribute up to 3% with an employer match up to 3%. Annual retirement benefits are based on pay, plan performance, and years of service. Administrative, Professional and Faculty staff are eligible for the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA retirement plan). Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ College contributes 7.5% (0-2 years of service), 12.5% (2+-10years of service) or 13% (10+ years of service). Mandatory employee contributions are based on years of service also: 3.5%, 4.5% and 5% respectively. Retirement benefits are based on contributions and plan performance. Eligible upon employment.
